Class Types
Braxton’s Boxing Class
All levels of experience welcome. 1 hour class: warm up, shadow boxing, bag work and possible partner drills (contact is optional). Class closes with abs.
Please come 5-10 minutes early to wrap your hands if you don’t know how.
Sparring Class
Training on how to get the most out of sparring. Contact drills, technique focus, and keeping your partner in the game are how it is done.
**Headgear and mouth piece REQUIRED. Must be approved by a coach to participate.**
BRAXTON'S Strength Training
Weekly strength training class conspiring to make you stronger. Get the fundamentals of weight lifting with the Braxton’s crew. Free weights + barbells.
BOXING HIIT
3 minutes on, one minute off. A 45 minute high intensity interval training class based on boxing timing. Hit all the muscle groups for a great work out.
